One for all and all for one - 2

Following the chess analogy, I had an idea: couldn't we have the team captains, after the draw, tell the organizer who plays on which "board"? Sometimes it makes sense to put a weaker player on board 2 and a stronger player on boards 3 and 4 (if, of course, the team has 5-7 players, as Roger mentioned). This would add an element of surprise. Or is it not worth bothering with this?
