Mavr, why are you so worried? There aren't many major news updates, and what did you expect? If I earn 1000 rubles when the world is producing, then I'll spend 1000 rubles, and the same applies here. And if questions arise, why not answer them? There are many messages in the off-topic section because people want to know more about each other; we are a community (even if it's virtual). As for duplicate topics from newcomers, there are plenty of them everywhere, and as they are discovered, they are deleted or moved. In short, I think everything is going as it should, and there's no need to worry about the meaning of the forum's existence.
