Artifacts in Heroes III.

what is there to discuss here? All artifacts are known, including the composite ones – whoever found or assembled them is doing a good job. There is probably no better artifact; each has its own advantages for different situations. Some artifacts are definitely overpowered, like the Necromancer's Robe... the rest are useful in each specific case.

If playing as Necropolis, Vampire Cloak + Boots of the Dead + Grave Robber's Amulet + Expert Spellcasting – enemies will no longer bother you.

even when not playing as Necropolis, if you have the cloak, you can buy a Necromancer hero in the tavern, quickly level up his Expert Spellcasting, and go for it!
