Everything they had told Tarvitsiy about Nevermore turned out to be true. He had never seen so much "dirt" before, but it didn't surprise, frighten, or annoy him. He was generally a man of few emotions and perceived his stay in the city as just another training session or test. Quickly finding the place his mentor had spoken about, the mage passed the check without any problems and recited the password. The room assigned to him in one of the order's outposts in Nevermore was very small and simple, but he had long been accustomed to living in such places. There was nothing in the Harbor that could interest Tarvitsiy. So he simply lay there and did nothing. "Although, that mysterious Temple... It's so mysterious..." Tarvitsiy thought.
"Maybe we can drop by the Temple on the shore tomorrow," he said to Silence.
*silence*
"We'll have time to get on the ship's crew, don't worry. The captain is definitely a fan of fights in their arena, and there's some kind of tournament coming up. He definitely won't sail away before it's over. But we must go to the tournament!"
*silence*
"I was thinking about participating, but you're right. The most hardened thugs from all over Nevermore participate in it, and they would crush a weakling like me with one hand. And considering that my mission requires me to return alive, I wouldn't want to upset my mentor with my death."
*silence*
"Am I afraid? Ha!"
*silence*
"Yes, you're right again, it's better to feel fear than complacency. But I still don't feel it..."
Tarvitsiy continued to laze around, playing with a small electric sphere. He used to have very little free time, and now that he had so much, he realized he didn't know what to do with it.
