Two mistakes decided the outcome of the game.
1) The "Mamula" unit moved in the wrong direction, giving the opponent an advantage.
2) Since "Mamula" moved in another direction, the goblin-like units attacked the main base, and in the previous turn, instead of increasing the attack parameter of the "market cockroach," they should have stationed it at the market; as a result, it didn't have enough defense and couldn't deploy troops to the castle.
The second mistake was more critical.
