Hekasan’s execution was thwarted by the tree’s ultimate ability. Hekasan is a samurai, currently without defenses (he lost one to Epizis’s oxidation, and another from an orc’s reprimand). That night, he used his ultimate ability (“It had no effect: the enemy seemed to be in a rage and felt nothing.”). For now, let’s execute Hekasan, but in general, Ursula is making sense. Just remember that the clue might be a fake! If we execute someone else, it shouldn’t be based on the clue, but on other considerations (if there are any).
