Rich layout, took several crypts, secondary Conflux, had a marketplace, Roland with expert diplomacy managed to recruit only 28 thieves so far, Alkin with logistics, 2 convenient Griffin Conservatories and a scroll of flight :D . Was planning to build the second guild in Conflux in search of vision and teach Alkin earth and air magic, but my opponent didn't have luck :(
