As I understand it, questions about the faction are prohibited. Therefore, the third question means something else.

There are restrictions on questions. Briefly, they can be summarized as follows: you cannot ask questions that would unambiguously reveal the player's faction. It must be the case that at the time of the survey, any combination of answers guarantees that the player can be at least one town role and at least one mafia role, and there are no people who are guaranteed to be these roles based on the information available to the journalist.

In my opinion, there is no prohibition on asking about the faction; it's just that, in combination, there shouldn't be an unambiguous answer as to which faction the player belongs to.

And I don't understand what Voldemort has to do with it, and how, other than the faction, this question can be understood.
