Outcast's Path

I sincerely apologize! I've completed almost everything, all the quests. I destroyed the Orc city for the humans, and they gave me all the stones except the Ancestor Stone. I think the elves are supposed to give that one. There's only one uncompleted quest left – to talk to the elven warlord. I approach him, but nothing happens. And I can't proceed without all the stones! I can't send the save file because it's 12.8MB. Is there anything that can be done?
