Current questions and answers regarding the map editor.

1) This is more of a warning than an error. When you set the number of resources yourself, remember that the specified number for gold is multiplied by 100.

2) The terrain under the object at the specified coordinates is uneven. This could be a texture layering issue that will be noticeable during gameplay, or several objects are overlapping.

3) On the sidebar, go to the Tiles tab, use the Lower tool, and set the parameter to x3. Then, simply use it to create caves where needed.
