"Newcomer-2014. Summer"

Due to changed plans, I decided not to participate in the tournament, as I will have very little time in July-August because of work and vacation, especially during the group stage (I'm leaving on July 7th and will return only in early August, so I won't have any time). I will be able to play actively only from September.

I hope for understanding from the organizers and for the opportunity to participate in the winter Novice tournament. Good luck to the participants!
