Inferno transition between cities.

Make it like in Warlords – allow traveling to any Castle for the same price. This would slightly buff Inferno.

P.S. Not just any Castle, but also without building requirements. Because this feature makes Inferno villages strategically very important. And the price should remain the same, since the building is overpowered.
