We started fairly quickly after one restart by the opponent.
111 - I see an external dwelling of birds, two Dragon Fly Hives, a necklace +3+3 to magic, a Pandora's Box with grand ogres, a Dragon Utopia. Seems okay, especially since Gurnisson spawned and there's a place to level him up.
112 - I cast Vision. Another external dwelling of birds, Cloak of Condemnation, a Dragon Fly Hive, Sphere of Air, Spirit of Despair, a couple of Pandora's Boxes. Plus I found Log in a hovel! And Gurni gets Earth magic.
113 - I take a Pandora's Box with troglodytes, 5k experience, skilled Armor. I take a village - a Dungeon, which is very good. The second road to the secondary is blocked by medusas with Shackles of War. Another Dragon Utopia, however, we won't get to the Dragon Utopia. Gold problems are looming.
114 - I split my army, grab the Log. I take a sword +3 and a shield +4.
115 - I run to the ogres. I have nothing to fight with and no one to fight...
116 - I hit 30+ ogre mages. I get a Pandora's Box that will turn out to be perfect later - 10k gold. I run to the first external dwelling, set a chain to the second.
117 - I set a dwelling and buy birds. I hit crusaders for the dwelling. An unlucky morale pair - and minus one bird. In frustration, inside the dwelling I lose everything except the bird and a water elemental (unfortunately burned myself). Chains are pulled tight, no room to deviate, the Dwarf Cottages and Medusa dens on the way are large, dangerous to take with 3 birds. But necessary, I attack the dwarves, it turns out luckily to be a score of them. For the earned 5k I build a portal in the Dungeon, buy birds, 10 trogs, transfer to Bron. He breaks through 70 griffins without losses, successfully gets Tactics and takes the dwelling itself without major problems. Total - in the army 7 birds + in the castle earth elementals and fire elementals not bought. I also scouted comfortable boots.
121 - I take the boots, Spirit of Despair, and the necklace to magic. Gurni splits for the library.
122 - a crypt, Cloak of Condemnation, a Dwarf Cottage of 15, library, Sphere of Air, a Dragon Fly Hive with 12 Wyverns. A maxi-Medusa den, a Dragon Fly Hive of 4, a Dwarf Cottage of 20, a grave with junk, Shackles of War. Turis runs a bit further along the previously blocked road and sees another Dragon Fly Hive with a Pandora's Box.
123 - Gurni splits, doubles mana, splits again and runs to the GO. Turis runs a bit further, sees the third external dwelling of birds and takes it.
124 - Dragon Fly Hive +6, Dragon Fly Hive +8, I buy the last birds from the dwelling. No money for any kind of farm. So I leave the respawn - 19 birds, 28 Wyverns, and a few single fairies. Right at the exit I grab a Dragon Fly Hive +8, upgrade my shield to +6. There stands Galtran nearby. For the meeting I was, by and large, ready, because I saw from the log that the stats were roughly equal (16-12 vs 16-14), I even have more army on my hero than on Galtran, and I have the Cloak against magic. However, he only had 15 mana anyway. In the army - 1+31 gr. Wyverns, 12 black knights, and 100 skeletons. I positioned somewhat awkwardly, but 20 birds dominate in any case, I have no fewer Wyverns, and as a last resort I had a bolt for 300+. Overall it was easy to win, and the Shackles gave not the slightest chance to continue the game.
