The map turned out to be bugged, and for the first two weeks while I was running around looking for an exit and through impassable terrain... my opponent ended up at the intersection of all roads, very successfully and productively clearing new zones and neutral stacks.
On the third week, I broke through to the center with 2 Griffin Conservatories and a Dragon Fly Hive, built a second Mage Guild, got level 4 Town Portal, gathered all the meat, and went into a Dragon Utopia; it turned out max, gave me КЗ and КВ — what more could one want for happiness:) Meanwhile, my opponent's Dragon Utopias turned out not so tasty.
