NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

To intercept all in-game events before a battle, there's a suggestion to replace garrisons with something else (while keeping the appearance the same). This way, it would be possible to retrieve the names of other objects, which is currently impossible.
Previously, there was an idea that a garrison could function as a simplified city. (Only the following buildings could be constructed: fort-citadel-castle). But then, the city screen would be completely irrelevant.
What else can the object be changed to?
