registration and discussion of the upcoming online tournament for Might & Magic: Heroes
I would like to have specific deadlines for each match. I don't mind if the pairings are drawn in advance, because I really don't want a repeat of the scheduling chaos we had in the naval battle.
Each match will have a two-week timeframe (if my proposal is accepted). If the matches finish earlier, I can draw the next round earlier accordingly. If some games are not played, then 1) we will agree on the result by mutual consent of the players (a draw or a win/loss for one of the players); 2) we will give extra time to finish the game +3 days (for valid reasons); 3) we will assign the result based on the situation in the game, the activity of the players, etc. Bradiaga
Wouldn't it be better to ban all Factions before the game and let the players choose themselves, so that in the next game against a different team, they don't play with the same Faction and so on? In any case, everyone will have to play with all of them.
Simpler doesn't necessarily mean better! Did I understand you correctly that we voted on a scheme to play for nothing? Are we going to play using the old, tired schemes? Then maybe we shouldn't bother with the tournament at all and just play a season?
