Confirmed. First time playing as Necropolis. The spawn was a bit poor, but I found an external marketplace, a couple of Dragon Fly Hives, and a Griffin Conservatory.

I decided to learn the basics of Necromancy with Tant on max Griffin Conservatory with a griffin stack. I calculated that 200 skeletons and 5 resurrects would carry me. But the griffins there taught me a lesson and I had to run. After that, I managed to raise another 180 skeletons fairly quickly using the Death Knights under Tamika, who took over the main army from the unfortunate Tant. I finished the Griffin Conservatory, took 2 Dragon Fly Hives, 10k experience in the Pandora's Box behind the trees, and went to take another Griffin Conservatory 2 in the adjacent zone, which I successfully accomplished.

I sent Tant in parallel to take the castle in the Castle zone. And everything was going so well that during my last turn I decided not to even look closely at the map or the opponent's turn. He had been standing in my sight the whole time, in front of the castle where Tant was heading, and I spotted him about 30 seconds before the end of the turn. Meanwhile, Tamika was left on the Angel with speed boost and with artifacts. In 30 seconds, I only managed to pass the army up the chain to Tant and crash into Aislin.

Fireball brought Aislin's Meteor Shower, Angels and Knights fought with Minotaurs and Manticores, and my 350 skeletons never reached the Medusas, who ended up as the only survivors on the field. I still had some unclaimed growth in the castle and Tamika with artifacts, though I had no money at all, despite the external marketplace. But at that moment, the opponent offered a draw, which I gladly accepted)
