It was a mistake not to take a rest. I didn't reach the scouting point in one turn, but everything looked fine after one day. As a result, the respawn rate was minimal, and I had little money. The shifted guard prevented me from going down the road to the Dungeon (although there was nothing to find there, as the scouting revealed). I couldn't reach the Companion, as the roads were blocked, and the Psionic creatures wouldn't have been able to stand up to the opponent. Plus, the opponent had a bugged path, and they took the Companion on the second day. Overall, there was no point in continuing.
