Heroic fishing with obstacles - 3!!!

I'm signing up. I can help even if it's necessary to buy supplies at "Globus" and transport everything there by car (it's nearby), so that everyone arrives with empty hands and doesn't bring anything with them. What are the casting requirements? Just in case I don't pass )))
