Playing on a save, but I no longer want to interact with this person in any way. I don't want to go into details using diplomatic language, and using plain language would get censored.

I have Darkello on ignore. This is not the first or second complaint about rude communication in ICQ. Perhaps it's worth raising the issue of limiting participation in tournaments.
