I've been trying to solve it intermittently, but it's proving to be very difficult. Especially considering that both Hekasan and, it seems, Rawlith are against me, and one of them is definitely a Mafia member. If I were Rawlith, I would have already cast my vote and ended the game. But that's unlikely. I still lean towards the idea that it's Hekasan. But the clue, damn it, just won't crack. I've already gotten to some dangerous diseases, but nothing is becoming clear yet...
