There were attempts to discuss this on a couple of templates, but no one was able to come up with anything concrete. The polls were poorly designed, and the results cannot be interpreted for inclusion in the Rules. If there is concrete data, it will be quick to add it to the Rules. However, obtaining it requires work. Thank you for deciding to do this.
