registration and discussion of the upcoming online tournament for Might & Magic: Heroes

At Kirill's request, I'm creating a poll.
We're voting on game options:
1) Alex NV's proposal
2) Numa's proposals
3) And there's another proposal!
We either draw the factions or send a list of factions to the judges, indicating which factions players would like to play. Then, the judge decides which faction each player will play (like in the Faction Clash on the League), and everyone plays against each other.
