A theorist doesn't need to write about things that weren't suggested. My version implies that the players following the principles of fair play know NOTHING (except for the starting factions) about the map. I think it's pointless to protect against cheaters who peek at streams, etc., at this stage, because there is a direct way to open the game save at any time.
We all play in tournaments and write reports about the games. The reports contain all the information about the map. Reading the report is not considered cheating.
