I dragged the game out too long; by the time we met, my opponent had raised 860 skeletons, taken a good Dragon Utopia, and mastered expert Earth and Air magic, so there was no point in prolonging the game — I surrendered upon meeting the GG. Thanks for the game.

That's right. The respawn was good, allowing me to place Centaurs and raise skeletons in 2-3 directions. Diplomacy, although present, never decided anything.

On day 2, I found an external dwelling — Minoans and a double village; Shakti took another village on week 1 and scraped together some gold to buy Minoans, and on day 123 with 20 Minoans, 100 Troglodytes, and expert Offense, I entered a Griffin Conservatory 4! I came out without Troglodytes and lost 4 Minoans, but in return I got 4 Angels. Then I took another Griffin Conservatory 2, capturing 2 towns. On day 132, I took the first Dragon Utopia; day 134, the second Dragon Utopia gave some nice stat boosts. Then I gathered Angels in treasure chests and at respawns, destroyed a couple of Dragon Utopias. In short, my opponent had no chance left.
