I used all my restarts, the draw was very bad. In the end, I played an average deal for me: at the respawn I managed to fish out 3 external dwellings for units (+ units in the Castle), a couple of small external dwellings, Sanya level 20 with bad stats from a prison, 1 Dragon Fly Hive for 8 Wyverns, shield +4, an empty box (it was all over the water), and also a necklace +1 starting speed. ГО to choose from: Efreet, Angels, Crystal Dragons. I went out on 123 through the Efreet with Haste, having previously hit-and-run them 3 times. My army: 20 gr. Centaur Captains, 25 Grand Elves, 8 Unicorns, 70+ gr. Centaurs. I fought not very well, due to a blunder I lost 1 Centaur Captain and too much meat. I immediately killed the Hydras for a Dragon Utopia and a +2 HP flask, didn't go into the Dragon Utopia. I sat in the central Tower to replenish mana, built a Mage Guild (Slow wasn't given, even though Earth was there). On 124 I build a Mage Guild at home - they gave Slow. I kill 50+ Manticores for a box worth 15k exp, level up Earth, recall home to learn Slow, because further the road is blocked by 100-249 gr. Pit Lords for a +5 All sword, Orb of the Fire, and a Dragon Utopia, and a nearby pack of Angels guards a bottle of mana. I recall back on the same day, kill the Pit Lords and take the sword. Stats are already decent, even better the next day with the mana bottle, there are 2 Dragon Utopias, though meat is scarce. On 124 I receive news of a surrender.
