registration and discussion of the upcoming online tournament for Might & Magic: Heroes

At Kirill's request, I'm creating a poll.
We're voting on game options:
1) Alex NV's proposal
2) Numa's proposals
3) And there's another proposal!
We either draw the races or send a list of races to the judges, indicating which races players would like to play. Then, the judge decides which race each player will play (like in the "Races Confrontation" on the League), and everyone plays against everyone else.
