I can't understand one thing – in the adjacent section about the third game, they somehow play with strict deadlines, the judges monitor their compliance, and the question of awarding medals doesn't even arise. In the fifth game, for some reason, this seems like something extraordinary, something for which you should be awarded the Nobel Prize.

:) I wanted to note that there are many more players in the third game, but then I realized that this is not an argument in favor of my points:) Okay, but why not give a badge for judging every 2-3 tournaments? What's the big deal?!:) Look at the situation with tournaments for the 5th game – not a single champion, neither on the league nor on the HW! This should be an incentive for the judges!
Question: Should penalties be applied for unplayed matches with opponents who withdrew from the tournament or played a negligible number of games (not 20, but less than 1/4 – up to 5 games)?
