What’s wrong with Hexan? And what about Forgotten Ghost? I think one of them could be Mafia, paired with Heroist or Nebok.

Ghost is being cautious and doesn’t want to make a mistake, as it seems to me. Either he’s with Heroist, but Heroist doesn’t seem like Mafia to me. And in that case, it would be more beneficial to suggest a candidate than to not vote.
