TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

No, guys, I think that "Battleship" was almost the pinnacle of judging practice. Look how much space is taken up by just the rules, advice, and prohibitions for players. And having 25 people constantly pointing out unfinished games for half a year – that's quite a task, and it's unpaid, and some people play or don't play, while the judges have to supervise them like they're children. There are practically no complaints about the judges.

The tournament dates are 10/27/2013 - 05/14/2014, with 7 days allocated for each game + 3 days for replaying. Extending the tournament deadline by 10 days is allowed, only for those who have insurmountable problems (no internet access for more than 3 days, family circumstances, etc.) and have warned in advance about upcoming or existing problems.

Please report any communication problems with opponents, inability to play your game on time, requests to reschedule games, etc. immediately in this thread...

The penalty for each unplayed game is 0.5.

My advice to everyone is to check your actions in the tournament in relation to the three quotes from the rules above before describing your complaints about the awarding of points.

By the way, what about canceling the penalty points for not playing against players who voluntarily withdrew from the tournament (like dmitrik, Rakot...)?
