I think this is due to the change in the color scheme.

Select the 32-bit True (stretchable) GDI renderer in the launcher, and the color scheme will not change.
In general, for modern, reasonably powerful hardware, we recommend this mode (not the fastest, but the highest quality, most functional, and most stable).
