I would suggest, at the rules level, banning any third-party programs, including damage calculators and object guard count calculators. In general, I would suggest banning any calculators, including a regular one ("you need to use your own brain to play" - "Kin-Dza-Dza"). Also, I would suggest banning the use of the print-screen function to view terrain – I once saw this being done by a cheater named Tvarina.
