RNG gave me a completely hopeless matchup for the opponent. Double + external dwelling of cyclopes + a bunch of crypts + level 2 Griffin Conservatory. By the middle of the second week, an angry Ciele arrived with 180 archery skill, but a huge advantage in army strength allowed me to kill her in 3 rounds.

Well, what can I say, I was just unlucky! The layout — no matter how hard I tried, it was simply unwinnable. There was 1 road to the secondary hero, and through it directly to the opponent's respawn. The most interesting part was that there wasn't even a path to the treasure zone from my side, so I had to charge straight at the opponent because there was nowhere to run, let alone anything else to do. I went in, and as expected, got wrecked)
