Kilometer-long descriptions are unnecessary. And if someone wants to format it into a table, let them do so. Also, where it says "type," it should logically be "name." Because "imposing sanctions" or "hysteria" are similar to blocks, "bunker" is something like protection or isolation, and so on. In my understanding, all actions in Mafia games can be divided into several basic groups (killing, blocking, protection/healing, gifting, control, information...), and the implementation and combination of these basics depend on the GM's imagination.
