I got lucky with the roads + I took an adventurous turn onto the main road at 135, leading to snow behind the prison - and there was Vidomina with Air and Log, and by chance, she found a chest with 10k HP - she got it and used it to gain diplomacy, and then I got a good map.

111 - 2 stones were revealed, each giving +1000 experience, and all heroes had excellent chances to gain diplomacy. In the end, none of the 8 heroes received it, and the pace was lost from the start. In the 2nd week, I revealed 2 more stones. Still, I didn't get diplomacy. In general, I bet on diplomacy, and in the end, I also lost the pace. That's how I lost... Thanks for the game!
