Rehabilitation of cheaters.

I still suggest unbanning Indra or at least setting a specific date for his rehabilitation on Heroes World. I will express my personal opinion and say that he is a strong player, and the Heroesworld community is losing more than gaining by not allowing him to participate in tournaments.
