What if you only use the latest version?

I tried this with one of the two packs (before the latest updates came out), but it didn't work. And I think Sav said on a stream that you need to use both, and now there are three, so this is just one pack. However, I haven't tried using only the latest one after the latest releases. I would like to hear an answer from the creators.
