Mod requests (orders).

Good day. I have an unusual mod request, and I'm not sure if it's even possible... First, I need a mod to remove the level cap for heroes. Second, I'd like to increase the number of skills and abilities, but I can't add extra icons for them... it won't accept more than three skills and five abilities. Is this possible to implement?
