CIS-2014 in Minsk.

In Crimea, I don't think it's a good idea... In my opinion, there are three real options: St. Petersburg, Sharm el-Sheikh, and Novosibirsk. Work is already underway for the first two.

CIS in Sharm el-Sheikh? IMHO, it's nonsense for several reasons: money, foreign passports, and generally, the CIS in Egypt... :confused:
I'm all for St. Petersburg - I could take on the organization or help with it, and I know a couple of fellow "Heroes" players who wouldn't stand aside either.
