Outcast's Path

Great map, it appeals to my interest! I played for 2 days, and due to my low graphics settings, I encountered some glitches. This is tolerable, but I ran into a problem after building up reputation with the people... I approached the elven warlord (on the bridge), but he wouldn't give me the stone. I tried walking around and everything, but it didn't work. I searched the forum, but couldn't find an answer. I saved before taking the main quest, and now I'm thinking of building up 50 reputation with the orcs and destroying the elves and their warlord!
