I was very surprised by the opponent's choice. At the very end of the draft, I realized I had forgotten to check Necromancer and was sure they would pick it. I was mentally preparing to play as the Dwarf, but then the opponent... Rampart. Well, the choice is obvious :)
The opponent used all restarts, even forcing me to re-roll a Gosh with an Amulet of +5 at one point. I still had the option to look for a chocolate box, but I decided to play.
By week 1, day 12, I already had 3 castles and over 100 skeletons. I found a well right next to the Necromancer's secondary town, so there were no mana issues for Tanta. I also found 2 hives there. All the mines were guarded by Troglodytes — perfect for Necromancer. I started building Liches, bought up units with trade, and began necromancing :D At the start of week 2, I scouted right above myself and spotted Bron with a standard week 1 army — Grand Elves, a few Wyverns, and Centaurs. I decided to attack, took 2 hives, bought everything from my main and secondary town, ending up with 6 Liches, 14 Harpies, and 160+ skeletons. I defeated the GO and headed toward the opponent, where I took a level 1 Dwarf dwelling and gained a few more skeletons. I saw another hive, but then the opponent attacked — army: 4 Unicorns, 14 Grand Elves, 6 Wyverns, regular and upgraded Centaurs, and Dendroid Soldiers. The Fearless battle lasted until we ran out of skeletons; there was nothing to counter them with, plus the Harpies had already killed almost all Centaurs and all Grand Elves.
