I took a level 10 mage from the prison, built 5 levels with a library in the Tower, they gave me Dimension Door and a chain-weapon. In the center I took two Viv trees, boots for expert logistics and gloves bought at the market, one Dragon Utopia guarded by 80 necromantic horses with two chests that turned out to be experience (15 and 20K). In the Dragon Utopia there was +3 all as something useful.
Almost didn't make it to the handcuffs.
