Awakening of Evil

Thank you very much, but I don't understand this at all. The map is certainly interesting, but it's too confusing. I'll wait for someone to post a walkthrough.

What exactly is unclear? I completed the entire map in about 11 months, and reached the Dungeon on the 10th month. There are enough resources, and I was earning 3.5k gold per day.
(Three heroes have income, one has the Leadership crown, a total of 1k gold per day + peasants).
It's true that I arrived a bit late, although I didn't get stuck anywhere.
And what difficulty level were you playing on? I played on Veteran.
