Well, we haven't offended anyone yet, and I don't think there's any reason to ban anyone.

The same information can be presented from different angles, in a good or bad light. In a way that benefits oneself and in a bad light for one's opponents.

If you watch Russian news, the Ukrainians are to blame.
If you watch Ukrainian news, the Russians are to blame.

The more of a certain type of news you listen to, the more you become informationally dependent on it. Opposing, radically different information is perceived as "nonsense" and rejected. That's why people watch certain channels because they think that channels from the other political camp are lying, it's all lies.

I hardly watch television at all; it clutters my mind. Very rarely, I'll turn it on online: Russia 24, ORT, LifeNews, and, as a counterpoint, 1+1, Inter, and Channel 5. Even more rarely, "Freedom of Speech" with Shuster. I listen, compare, and then sink further into an information vacuum.

Political obsession is a terrible mental disorder :(
