I just finished playing this map ("Paragon") today. Actually, the review I wrote above accurately describes it. It's a long journey from an ordinary mortal with just one miserable peasant to becoming the "Perfect One," the savior of the world. The perfectly balanced armies, both yours and the enemy's, combined with a well-thought-out and genuinely interesting and captivating plot, and interesting and dramatic twists in the gameplay (especially towards the end), make this map, if not the best, then definitely one of the best, at least in my opinion. This map is not for beginners; it requires knowledge of various tricks and subtleties of the game, because the opponents who periodically attack you will be superior in both troops and skills. I've seen players mention that it's necessary to play at a fast pace, but honestly, I wouldn't agree that this is a mandatory condition (well, except for the starting section in the first 3 months). I played at a moderate pace (and quite successfully). Perhaps I just spent a little more nerves because of it. Overall, I recommend everyone to play this masterpiece.
