Damn. Where is the blue tent of the key master?

Okay, I'm stuck. On the first map, the entrance to the Dungeon is blocked by a blue tower. Not only is the key master missing, but you can't even get to the tower. The map is completely open, except for a piece of land in the upper left corner, and it's unclear how to get there. What's the deal?

There are beige prophet huts, and that's where they give you quests,

There are no prophet huts on the first map.

Never mind, I take back my question. I have some mod installed that turns the prophet huts into Ents. But still, is there a blue key master?
