We've discussed this countless times – formulations like "influenced" or "didn't influence" create a lot of borderline situations that can lead to disputes. Therefore, we should either use the formulation "not allowed, period" or allow rush strategies. As an alternative, we could allow them starting from level 141 (at that point, it doesn't matter much).
