Which castle is the most difficult?

For beginners, everything might seem complicated. :) Perhaps the easiest way to start is by playing as Conflux, Stronghold, or Fortress: linear city development, relatively low resource dependency, and the absence of special technologies that need to be used from the very beginning of the game. Stronghold and Fortress primarily rely on strength rather than magic in battles.
