I actually went into the Treasury with 126 attack, forgetting my artifacts, so I had to teleport home. I didn't go in earlier because I saw Galtran's stats at 123 and the red scout near my Castle of Order, so I decided to gather all the angels on the respawn point. There were 3 chests, 6 containers, and a hidden stash of angels on the respawn point, but the problem was that at 117, I only had 2 angels after the hidden stash, and the path to the 4th container was blocked by a group of 20+ griffins, so I only went there with 122 attack. By the time I gathered the angels, my opponent was already showing off impressively high stats, and I only had minor units on my respawn point, and even didn't have enough resources to upgrade the angels (I managed to upgrade 9 of them, but 5 remained). Unfortunately, there were no Titans.
