I fell for the two Necromancers and the wolf ambush, and ended up in a financial crisis, although I also set the wrong priorities myself. There was no tempo, and when I took the maximum Utopia after suffering terrible losses and missed the timer, failing to buy some troops, and one of the opponents took back their castle, I decided not to drag it out and surrendered.
